Internal auditors are essential for meeting Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and ensuring continuous improvement within a company’s processes. To be effective, internal auditors must understand both auditing techniques and the standards they are auditing against.
The IMEC Internal Auditor Preparation training provides participants with classroom instruction and hands-on audit experience using the ISO 19011 audit standard. Participants will practice their auditing skills by working through every phase of an audit program and applying company procedures to enhance competency.
