Successful organizations don’t just solve problems, they build a culture of problem solvers. Kata is the structured, repeatable approach that helps leaders and teams practice daily improvement, align actions with organizational goals, and sustain results over time.

In this webinar, you’ll discover why Kata is a mindset and method that drives continuous improvement from the front line to executive leadership.

You’ll learn how Kata helps teams:

    • Break down complex challenges into manageable steps
    • Practice problem-solving as a daily discipline
    • Engage employees at every level in improvement efforts
    • Create a consistent framework for sustaining long-term results

Whether you’re just beginning your Kata journey or looking to strengthen existing practices, this session will provide clear insights into how problem-solving Kata can transform operations across your organization.
