    Paola Velasquez is a leadership and workforce development specialist at IMEC with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, engagement, and performance. She partners with Illinois manufacturers to build people-centered strategies that reduce turnover, improve collaboration, and create sustainable talent pipelines.

    Raised in a manufacturing family and beginning her own career in the industry during college, Paola brings a deep appreciation for the individuals who power manufacturing. Her background across academia, business, and healthcare provides a well-rounded perspective that allows her to design leadership programs grounded in both strategy and human connection.
