Work Standards, Standard Work, and Standardized Work: Similarly sounding labels applied to best practices, which share a common thread, however, differentiate themselves in true practice; but nevertheless, create such confusion because of their similarity. In this webinar we’ll break down this confusion.

    This webinar will highlight:

    • Learning to differentiate and apply three variations of Work Standards: Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Job Aids.
    • A foundation of Lean Thinking is Standard Work

We’ll learn what Lean Standard Work is and how to develop and implement the three elements of Standard Work:

    1. Standard Work Worksheet
    2. Standard Work Combination sheet
    3. Operator Loading Chart

We’ll learn how Standardized Work is a combination of Work Standards and Standard Work in addition to leveraging a few other critical and key best practices.
