A well-designed plant layout is more than a drawing, it’s a powerful tool that drives efficiency, supports growth, and improves employee morale. In this webinar, we will walk through the essential elements of creating and maintaining a plant layout, from ensuring smooth process flow to planning for future expansion.

You will also see a practical template proposal that highlights how IMEC approaches plant layout design and the real-world benefits it can deliver.

    Participants will learn how to:
    • Apply core principles of plant layout design to improve efficiency and profitability
    • Evaluate and optimize process flow for better productivity
    • Maximize floor space while planning for future growth
    • Enhance safety, employee morale, and communication through smart design
    • Leverage the IMEC plant layout template to guide planning decisions

Whether you are preparing for a move, reconfiguring your current space, or simply exploring ways to improve efficiency, this session will give you the insights and tools to make confident facility layout decisions.
