The IMA HR Forum has grown into the trusted space for manufacturing HR professionals.
We kick off 2025 – a year of significant legal requirements for employers that took effect last January. Are you compliant with these new laws that impact employment practices in Illinois?

Join us as Scott Cruz, our HR Forum moderator and Labor and Employment attorney with IMA member UB Greensfelder LLP as he shares details about these new requirements, and discusses an array of legal issues to be a part of your company policies. He will cover any new laws/developments on the horizon that manufacturers need to know about as well.

Don’t be caught unaware – be prepared for 2025.

Human Resources is where staff go to find the answers. You are always there for staff and management to answer their inquiries, address concerns, and to develop the policies and procedures to help ensure your company’s success. But who is there to help you? You deserve a place where you can go to share ideas, discuss challenges and find solutions. Being part of the IMA’s HR forum will provide you with the guidance and support to help you not only do your job well, but to provide you the tools to excel as an HR professional.
