“Today’s supply chains have increased in complexity, diversity, and scale resulting in companies experiencing a lack of collaboration, security and visibility.”
I have more than 30 years of business and manufacturing experience with an emphasis on Supply Chain Optimization, Information Technology, Lean Manufacturing, and Production Control.
Based on a Theory of Constraints methodology, I can help improve supply chain performance by quantifying the needs of the extended supply chain and focusing on improving the points in the process which are impeding the throughput of the entire supply chain.
Along with supply chain optimization, I can also provide guidance with the selection and implementation of an effective manufacturing (MRP/ERP) system as well as in-depth business services in strategic planning, financial analysis, production control, shop floor scheduling, and business expansion.
My background includes leadership positions in Information Technology, Production Control, Activity-Based Management, Logistics, and Small Business Counseling. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In addition to on-going technical training, I am an OSHA Authorized trainer and have been trained by the Shingo Institute on the Shingo Prize standards for Operational Excellence.
