Todd Wells joins IMEC as a Workforce Development Technical Specialist, bringing more than 30 years of manufacturing leadership experience focused on operational improvement and workforce development.
A long-time IMEC client and friend, Todd brings a unique understanding of the impacts IMEC makes from the manufacturer’s perspective. His experience includes developing and managing a companywide Learning Management System, employee upskilling and career development, apprenticeship programs, workforce succession planning, and training strategy.
At IMEC, Todd will focus on Workforce Development and the Training Manager solution, helping manufacturers build stronger training programs and develop their workforce. He also brings expertise in operations leadership, Lean, Six Sigma, quality, ISO, and safety.
Todd holds a B.S. in Industrial Management & Technology from Northern Illinois University, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Mechanical Design & CAD, APQP, FMEA, and PPAP.
