Supporting Manufacturing Leaders to Drive Execution and Results

Manufacturing isn’t just my profession – it is part of my story.

I was raised in a family rooted in manufacturing. My father and his family worked at International Harvester, and my mother’s family at John Deere. From a young age, I was exposed to the pride, innovation, and competitiveness of the industry – attending Farm Progress Shows, comparing tractors and combines, and celebrating milestones like the first IH Cotton Picker coming off the line.

I also witnessed firsthand the profound impact manufacturing decisions have on people and communities. Strikes, plant closures, and offshoring just do not affect balance sheets, they disrupt families, weaken regions, and take decades to recover. Those experiences shaped my deep respect for manufacturing and my belief in its critical role in Illinois’ economic strength and stability.

Today, as a Regional Manager at IMEC, I have the privilege of supporting manufacturers throughout Illinois. I partner with leaders to strengthen execution, improve performance, and drive practical, measurable results – especially where strategy, sales effectiveness, workforce challenges, and leadership alignment intersect.

Professional Background & Expertise

I bring a consultative, relationship‑driven approach grounded in both leadership development and operational discipline. My areas of focus include:

  • Sales Operations Leadership & Mentoring
  • Strategic Planning & Market Analysis
  • Project & Change Management
  • Performance, Quality, & Continuous Improvement
  • Employee Engagement, Retention, & Workforce Effectiveness

Before joining IMEC, I dedicated my career to healthcare leadership, specifically in post‑acute care environments. That experience sharpened my ability to navigate complex organizations, lead through change, and engage stakeholders in high‑impact, people‑centric work. Today, I bring that perspective to manufacturing, helping leaders translate strategy and solutions into sustained execution.

Education

I was raised in Geneseo, Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from Western Illinois University, followed by a Master of Arts in Gerontology from Bethel University in Minnesota.

While Minnesota offered many valuable opportunities, I am proud to be back in Illinois -serving the manufacturing community that shaped me and contributing to the long‑term success of the industry that drives our state forward.
