Lending a Hand:
With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, business ownership, and entrepreneurship, I understand the need for results. My passion is to help manufacturing companies across Illinois achieve their organizational goals. By sharing stories of my experiences, successes, and failures, I aim to foster strong relationships with manufacturers of all sizes by listening and learning about how different companies operate and what challenges they face.
My varied background, not only in manufacturing but in many entrepreneurial endeavors, affords me the ability to understand business owners’ challenges from a strategic perspective of the organization and offer proven solutions. Supported by the IMEC team, I help deliver results that are not only measurable but impactful to an organization’s goals.
My Background:
I co-owned and managed a small manufacturing & machine shop in Southern Illinois for over 20 years and later developed a multi-store national franchise company among other ventures. I have worked hands-on in nearly all aspects of business including HR, Marketing, Sales, Inventory Control, Assembly, Machine Operating, and am knowledgeable in Family business dynamics.
I earned my BA degree in Psychology from St. John’s University in Minnesota.
