Kim Roebke

Kim Roebke is the Director of Regulatory and Compliance at RIM logistics, ltd., where she has been an invaluable team member for 13+ years. With 30 years of experience in the logistics and customs industry, Kim holds the esteemed titles of Licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist and is a member of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarder Association of America (NCBFAA), Customs Committee. Over the course of her career, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead and mentor, overseeing the Chicago Branch’s Brokerage and Compliance teams with a strategic focus on both operational excellence and regulatory integrity. Today, Kim leads the Corporate Compliance team at RIM, where her influence extends across the organization, ensuring that regulatory adherence is not only maintained but continuously improved.
Kim’s passion for compliance goes beyond mere adherence to rules—she is committed to fostering a culture of proactive responsibility. Her deep expertise drives her to educate and empower the RIM organization and its clients, helping them navigate the complex landscape of international trade with confidence. Mike Esposito has been with RIM since 2005, rising from an entry-level position in Sales to Director of Global Sales. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in global logistics and helping clients navigate the ever-changing complexities of global supply chains.
In addition to his leadership role at RIM, Mike hosts the company’s monthly YouTube podcast, Logistically Speaking, where he discusses key issues impacting global trade, shipping, and supply chain management with industry experts.
Before entering the logistics industry, Mike built a career in sports radio covering Chicago’s professional and collegiate teams. He continues to work part-time in Chicago radio, contributing to broadcasts on 104.3 The Score and Newsradio 105.9 WBBM.
Mike lives in Arlington Heights, Illinois with his wife and their three teenagers.
