Session Handout: MANAGE PEOPLE EFFECTIVELY: TWI Job Relations for Leaders

    Executive Brief: UPSKILLING FOR GROWTH

Strong leaders know that results come through people, but guiding a team isn’t always easy. The Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Relations program equips supervisors with proven methods to build trust, strengthen communication, and address workplace issues before they become bigger problems.

View this webinar to learn how Job Relations can help you create stronger relationships with employees and a more productive work environment.

    We’ll cover:

    • The 4 foundational leadership behaviors that build trust and accountability
    • How to recognize and maximize each employee’s individual strengths
    • Practical ways to give feedback, share credit, and communicate change effectively
    • A step-by-step process for handling employee problems with fairness and consistency

Whether you’re a new supervisor or an experienced leader, this session will give you actionable tools to improve team morale, reduce conflict, and drive results through people.
