Responsibilities
I oversee talent development at IMEC. Working with our team, I help identify capability gaps and take a collaborative approach to creating Individual Development Plans designed to strengthen both individual and team performance. In addition to talent development, I lead the efforts of workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, reward and recognition, as well as engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University
- Senior Professional certification in Human Resources (SPHR)
