Responsibilities:
In my role as Director of Strategic Investments & Market Deployment at IMEC, I lead the Elevate Engine, focusing on translating public and private investment into measurable economic outcomes for Illinois manufacturers. I oversee grant execution, identify emerging market opportunities, and drive the rapid deployment of solutions aligned with evolving industry needs. My work centers on bridging the gap between innovation and implementation. I collaborate closely with stakeholders across government, industry, and research institutions to develop solution models that accelerate adoption and deliver meaningful impact for manufacturers.
I bring deep experience managing the full lifecycle of complex, grant-funded initiatives, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through execution while remaining aligned with strategic priorities and market demand. Prior to joining IMEC, I held a technical leadership role at GTI Energy, where I led the engineering and technical execution of multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure projects. My work focused on process design, modeling, catalyst evaluation, and techno-economic analysis, while partnering with commercial and program teams to support proposal strategy, funding alignment, and technology deployment. I contributed to major federal, state, and private-sector initiatives, including programs with the U.S. Department of Energy, ARPA-E, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the California Public Utilities Commission.
