Do you know if your establishment with 20 or more employees is required to submit your injury and illness information to OSHA? What are the new requirements for an establishment with 100 or more employees? Brian will clarify the regulatory changes for 2024 and ensure participants are familiar with who must electronically submit their 300A annual summary and who must also submit their form 300 and 301s. Brian will also address rules for properly recording instances and common findings during OSHA inspections.
