As manufacturers continue to face workforce challenges, apprenticeship programs offer a proven way to build talent, strengthen retention, and develop critical skills from within. But many organizations are unsure where to start or how to design a program that delivers real business value.
This webinar will provide an overview of apprenticeship programs, including the registered apprenticeship model and the return on investment they can generate for manufacturers. You’ll gain insight into the essential components of a successful program and learn how to align apprenticeships with your workforce and business goals.
We will also highlight IMEC apprenticeship offerings and the range of occupations that can be supported, helping you understand how to get started and scale your efforts.
In this session, participants will learn how to:

Evaluate the return on investment of apprenticeships for their organization
Identify the key components required to build and sustain a successful program
Determine which roles and occupations are best suited for apprenticeship pathways
