Project Manager

Angelika Stratulat is a workforce development and organizational effectiveness specialist at IMEC with a background in industrial-organizational psychology and human resources within manufacturing and distribution environments. She partners with Illinois manufacturers to strengthen onboarding, improve employee engagement, and implement workforce systems that support retention and performance.

Growing up in a manufacturing family and combining her education in industrial-organizational psychology with hands-on HR experience, Angelika brings both technical expertise and practical insight to workforce challenges. She specializes in employee journey mapping, workforce feedback systems, benefits administration, and change management initiatives that improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

At IMEC, Angelika helps manufacturers build structured workforce programs, implement data-driven engagement tools, and develop training systems that strengthen workforce capability and long-term organizational success.
