This session takes a practical, educational look at one of the most common and costly inefficiencies in industrial facilities: compressed air systems. Compressed air powers a wide range of production processes. But most facilities are unknowingly losing a significant portion of that energy before it ever reaches the end use.  Leaks alone can account for 30% or more of a system’s total energy consumption.

    Major topics will include:

    • No to low cost projects that can be implemented immediate that will save you money and energy
    • Understanding where your energy is going
    • Best practices and rules of thumb

Call to Action/Takeaway: Attendees will walk away with a clear picture of how compressed air systems affect their energy bills and system performance, along with a list of no to low cost projects.

Speakers: Eric Petersen and Raj Raghavan
