Session Handout: SEE WASTE CLEARLY: Using IIoT to Reveal and Remove the 8 Wastes

Watch: SUSTAIN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Strategies for Long-Term CI Success

Waste takes a toll on productivity, quality, and profitability, but with the right tools, it doesn’t have to. By combining Lean principles with the power of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), manufacturers can gain real-time visibility into their operations, uncover inefficiencies, and eliminate the 8 wastes that impact productivity and profitability.

Join us for this webinar to learn how IIoT enables smarter decision-making, clearer insights, and faster improvement across the shop floor.

You’ll discover how data-driven Lean practices can help you:

    • Identify hidden waste and bottlenecks in your processes
    • Monitor operations in real time to spot trends and opportunities
    • Empower teams with actionable insights for continuous improvement
    • Drive measurable results in efficiency, quality, and cost savings

Whether you’re just beginning to explore IIoT or looking to strengthen your Lean initiatives, this session will show you how technology can make waste visible and improvement sustainable.
