Internal auditors are necessary for compliance with Quality Management System requirements to monitor and improve a company’s processes. Internal auditors require an understanding of the auditing techniques as well as the standard being audited. IMEC’s Internal Auditor Preparation provides classroom and hands-on experiences to conduct actual audits and to utilize company procedures to enhance the audit skill level, by using the ISO 19011 audit standard. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their auditing skills by following all the phases of an audit program.
Participation in the internal auditor training program equips your company with trained auditors, able to conduct audits and determine the effectiveness of your Quality Management System. This will satisfy the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, while also providing your company management with feedback on any needs for improvement of your Quality Management System.
Course Details
This course will take place at the NIU Rockford Building and includes lunch on Day 1. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
