As the IMEC Director of Operation Initiatives, I focus on Strategic Improvements each and every day for IMEC and for our clients.
With over 35 years of manufacturing and leadership experience, I focus on process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across operations. I collaborate with appropriate groups across the organization to implement workable solutions in support of a seamless customer experience.
I look forward to continuously improving IMEC processes and preparing us and our clients for continued success so that IMEC and our customers can continue their learning and improvement in their organizations.
