Responsibilities
As the Talent Development Specialist, I am responsible for the learning and development of all team members and third-party resources. I design, develop, implement, and evaluate internal learning experiences, including new employee onboarding, employee mentoring, and internal education opportunities.
My work supports a robust learning culture at IMEC. This commitment to generously sharing knowledge drives results and helps clients achieve manufacturing excellence and global competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English (emphasis in secondary education), Colorado Christian University
- Instructional Design and Technology certification, University of Maryland Global Campus
- Instructional Design Models certification, University of Maryland Global Campus
