He partners with Illinois manufacturers to strengthen operational efficiency through Lean Six Sigma, automation, and advanced process improvement strategies.
Salvador combines deep technical expertise with hands-on implementation experience in robotics, electrical systems, and quality management. His background as an Adjunct Professor in Industrial Electricity enhances his ability to develop effective training programs and clear work instructions that improve team proficiency, compliance, and safety. Fluent in Spanish, he excels at leading diverse teams and fostering collaborative, performance-driven environments.
