ADDITIONAL RESOURCES:

We all know what a customer experience is, but many of us have a hard time describing it. Is it the same as customer service? Is it just about exceeding the need? Sometimes yes, but it is a delicate and misunderstood process by which we create an emotional bond with customers. The good news is that every company already has a customer experience. The bad news is that it might not be what you think it is or what you want it to be. How can we create and affect this integral part of our brand in the way that matters the most? Better yet, let’s discuss how we can make this a compelling part of the value proposition that helps us to sell and win more customers. Creating and selling the customer experience can help you and your team gain a competitive advantage so your customers become loyal and generate more word-of-mouth business for you.

We will learn about:

  • Understanding the customer experience
  • Customer experience vs customer service
  • Creating a customer experience
  • Selling a customer experience
