The Turner Center for Entrepreneurship, the Illinois SBDC International Trade Center and Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center, at Bradley University, are presenting this export readiness webinar for those manufacturers who are already exporting and for those getting ready to export.

You have a great product or service that you know will be a global success! But, how do you really know? Where in the world do you start? How do you decide which countries to target?

In this practical and informative webinar, we’ll help you assess your company’s export readiness and walk you through the key steps to launching successfully in global markets by:

  • Understanding the legal and regulatory requirements of exporting
  • Identifying potential international customers and evaluating foreign business partners

International Trade Specialist

Jim Ryan, International Trade Specialist, Illinois SBDC International Trade Center (ITC) in the Turner Center for Entrepreneurship at Bradley University, has a wealth of overseas experience and a passion for international trade. He advises clients on a wide range of international business opportunities, including export readiness, import and export compliance, foreign market identification.

Jim, a native Peorian, received his B.A. from Stetson University in Florida and an LL.B from the University of Glamorgan School of Law and Finance in Wales. After completing his law degree, he received a graduate diploma from the Institute on International and Comparative Law at Oxford University in England and then returned to the US to receive an LL.M in International and Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law.
