Cobots: Solving the Manufacturing Labor Challenge

July 10 @ 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

JOIN CRAIG ZOBERIS OF FUSION & IMEC TO LEARN HOW COBOTS ARE SOLVING MANUFACTURING’S #1 CHALLENGE: LABOR

With unemployment being at a historic low and 89% of manufacturers having difficulty finding skilled workers, it is time for collaborative robots to do the 3Ds – the DULL, the DIRTY and the DANGEROUS tasks. It has been proven that Cobot automation is deployed 50%faster than traditional factory automation and, in most cases, the ROI is less than one year.

Collaborative robotics – or cobots – are ideal for small and medium enterprises, which have the need for flexible and effective automation that can provide a fast return of investment. The versatility and ease-of-use make cobots an efficient and cost-effective workforce multiplier.

NOTE: THIS EVENT IS LIMITED TO 150 MANUFACTURING PROFESSIONALS AND GUESTS. YOU MUST BE A MANUFACTURER TO ATTEND. THANK YOU.

Beginning at 2:00 PM, short guided tours of Fusion’s Machine Shop will be conducted in small groups to view Haas milling and turning centers attended by cobots in a high-mix/low-volume production environment.
