    Results:
A local manufacturer wanted help and guidance to develop and support their Lean journey. We started with addressing their safety program followed with Leadership training. We then taught them Lean tools. The results were an improved safety environment, the plant laid out in cells, and Pull Kanban being used. With my coaching, the manufacturer was able to proceed to the point of sustaining their Lean journey on their own.
