“We can show you how to do “it” right the first time and avoid wasting time, energy and resources having to do “it” again.”
Based in the Metro East St. Louis region I work as part of high performance teams that draws upon IMEC’s extensive state and national resources to help companies implement actions to improve their productivity and competitiveness.
I have over 35 years of progressive experience in engineering and continuous improvement consulting and training. I managed various business operations, with P&L and personnel responsibilities. In addition to my experience in the private sector, I spent over 11 years with IMEC’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) affiliate center in Missouri.
As a Project Manager with Missouri Enterprise, I led projects that enabled manufacturers to improve productivity by implementing the Toyota Production System of Lean Manufacturing. I am a seasoned business management professional with a range of operational capabilities to help manufacturers improve cost, quality, and productivity performance.
