Lending a Hand:
I focus on developing relationships within the local Peoria market with manufacturers managing projects and providing technical expertise in cost containment and process efficiency.
I firmly believe that you have to assess, suggest, deliver and service projects quickly and accurately. Those key factors are the imperatives to maintain and strengthen long lasting partnerships within the manufacturing industry.
My experience has conditioned me to drown out the background noise and focus on what the real issue is quickly. In operations you must be able to do that or you will be shooting at the wrong target all the time. This is important to me as I am extremely data driven. I try to understand as much as I can and then follow up by asking a lot of questions, the right questions. I can quickly assess and put forth options to them to which they can choose meaningful options to help them obtain their goals.
I have more than 20 years of industrial experience with a wide range of manufacturing experience in production management, project management, quality, safety/OSHA, process improvement, and chemical engineering.
I have held positions as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager and earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
My expertise’s are within chemical processes, process improvement, process debottlenecking, employee involvement, health safety and environmental, QMS implementation, analytical troubleshooting, working in union and non union environments.Download Printable Profile Back to Staff
