I am responsible for expanding business development relationships with manufacturers and partners in the Northwest Region of Illinois; assessing challenges as well as opportunities. With an emphasis on Next Generation Manufacturing I can offer IMEC’s Strategy, Technology, Supply Chain, and Efficiency Solutions to help organizations become more profitable and competitive in both the local and global marketplaces.
I have assisted manufacturers in the Northwest Region of Illinois with Lean Transformation Projects, Quality System Implementations, Process Specific Training, Leadership Training, Succession Planning, Relocation Projects, and Continuous Improvement Coaching. I work with area manufacturers to help identify specific solutions that can be customized to meet their needs. I have over 18 years of operations experience focusing on manufacturing systems, continuous improvement, and project management. I have worked in the automotive, medical, industrial, and building markets. Prior to joining IMEC, I served as the Manufacturing Systems Engineering Supervisor responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a Lean/Six Sigma base Continuous Improvement Program and the ISO 9001:2008/ ISO 17025:2005 Quality Management Systems.
