“The processes you currently have in place are perfectly designed for the results you are currently getting.”
Lending a Hand:
For the past 25 years, I have been able to share my passion for process excellence as an executive leader, educator, manager, consultant and project leader across business, industry, and healthcare. During this time, I learned that process excellence is the product of accountability, communication and standard work. Critical to this, is a dedicated leadership team truly focused on excellence, empowerment, accountability and innovation.
At IMEC, I get to demonstrate my passion with organizations across Central Illinois. Being a native of Effingham, I am especially looking forward to building and sustaining valuable relationships throughout the region.
I am a graduate of St. Anthony High School in Effingham and earned my Bachelors Degree and Masters of Science in Technology from Eastern Illinois University where I specialized in Training and Development. While I am certified by the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Black Belt, I have found the most lasting improvement is in empowering frontline employees to simply identify waste and “fix what bugs them.” With this approach, I have assisted organizations in reducing cost by as much as $39M in a single fiscal year.
