In over 20 years of experience, I have worked in a variety of manufacturing fields from the high tech aerospace industry to a family owned toy manufacturer here in Chicago. Being involved in manufacturing nearly my entire life, I am able to assess businesses difficulties and bring the right solutions to the forefront in order to solve challenges in the quickest and most efficient way possible. My diverse background and my unique skill set has given me the expertise to become that trusted advisor to manufacturers.
I have always been exposed to manufacturing. My father worked in the industry designing and manufacturing golf equipment for all of his career and that is where I have gained my knowledge. He influenced me in my career decision. Having many years in the industry, I know my way around a shop floor. My passion in working with the team, getting their input.
As a professional, I have over 20 years of manufacturing experience with responsibilities ranging from Vice President of Operation to Vice President of Quality and Human Resources to a Manufacturing Engineer. My expertise lays in Leadership, Strategy Planning, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing and Quality. I earned a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
