SUMMARY:America’s Talent Pipeline Program: Winning the War for Talent
DESCRIPTION:Summary:\nSince 2021\, America’s Talent Pipeline Program has helped manufacturers strengthen how they attract\, hire\, develop\, and retain the skilled workforce needed to grow. Today\, more than 600 participating manufacturers are using the program to improve their talent systems\, strengthen business performance\, and expand their capacity. While ATPP maintains a strong focus on Department of War suppliers\, it also supports manufacturers across the country—including companies seeking to enter or expand within the Defense Industrial Base. \nDescription:\nAmerica’s manufacturers face a shared challenge: building and sustaining the workforce required to meet today’s production demands while preparing for future growth. Winning the war for talent requires more than filling open positions. It requires stronger talent systems\, better business practices\, and workplaces where people can succeed and choose to stay. \nAmerica’s Talent Pipeline Program does more than explain what effective talent practices look like. Through a proven\, employer-led approach\, the program works directly with participating manufacturers to assess their current practices\, identify workforce challenges\, and implement practical tools and solutions. Employers receive hands-on support to strengthen how they recruit\, select\, onboard\, develop\, engage\, and retain their workforce. The program also connects employers with workforce partners\, educators\, and community organizations that can help address their specific talent needs. \nIn this webinar\, participants will learn how America’s Talent Pipeline Program helps employers build and implement stronger talent systems that reduce workforce instability\, improve productivity\, support business growth\, and increase manufacturing capacity.
