Douglas Henry | RPO Account Manager G & A Partners

Douglas is a recruiting professional that is passionate about placing talented professionals from all industries. Douglas began his recruiting career in executive recruiting within the oil & gas and information technology industries, then ventured into deathcare industry before getting into the PEO industry. He attended the University of Texas at Austin in Austin Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Sciences. In his current role as RPO Account Manager for G&A Partners, he builds rapport and establishes trust with RPO and PEO clients while cultivating relationships and serving as a liaison for clients as they look to grow their organizations by hiring talented professionals.

Eleesha Martin RPO Manager G&A Partners

Eleesha is a dedicated recruiting professional with over 20 years of solid and diverse experience in recruiting and talent acquisition for all industries. Eleesha began her recruiting career in the staffing industry and later went to work for Texas Workforce Solutions before getting into the PEO industry. She attended McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA before moving to Houston, TX where she later received a degree in Business Management. Eleesha has completed several courses related to recruiting, sourcing, and training and development. She’s a former member of HR Houston and a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She previously served on G&A’s CX Ambassador Council and is currently the Chairperson for the YOUnify (DEIB) ERG and a member of the Mentorship Program. In her current role as RPO Manager for G&A Partners, she plays an integral role in actively managing the recruiting engagements for the company’s corporate and client positions by working closely with hiring managers to identify the best recruiting strategy in identifying and hiring top talent.
