In times of disruption, companies who create new products, processes, and services build resilience.

NWI Advisors and IMEC bring together a brilliant panel of experts, featuring Matt Liotine and Heidi Hattendorf, to guide a discussion on innovation and adapting to changing business conditions for businesses of any size.

Heidi will address how you win today and your business can be resilient:

  • Leverage the resources, team members, assets and capabilities you already have today to expand business and explore new markets
  • Identify potential new solutions or variations of current solutions to provide a greater level of service to your customers today
  • Cross-sell new capabilities to high profit and high revenue customers
  • Diversify with new capabilities towards under-served markets

Matt will focus on the success factors for future-proofing business processes and operations:

  • Repurposing your existing capabilities to cope with new market and product uncertainty
  • Tuning your existing processes to support business transformation
  • Using digitalization to broaden visibility to your operating environment

Matt and Heidi will guide a conversation to explore how to best leverage the data you have and target your business plans for business resiliency. You’ll walk away with a greater sense of best practices for adapting, targeting your plans and being resilient now and for the future.

This session is an introduction to business resilience and growth. The team will share additional ideas and follow on sessions.
