IMIN Network Event – Holy Shift: The Mindset Manual

July 21 @ 7:30 am - 10:00 am

This session is rescheduled from March 17 and May 19.

Holy Shift: The Mindset Manual

This workshop is created with the vision to empower attendees to take a closer look at how their mindset influences their life and leadership!

This workshop is a first look at Holy Shift: The Mindset Manual.  Management is transactional; leadership is relational. The Holy Shift program helps managers (and supervisors) make the shift into leadership. This program significantly increases self-awareness and teaches leaders how to recognize their energy level and to choose, in the moment, how they want to show up.

Major components of success are self-awareness and personal accountability. How do leaders recognize when their behaviors are influencing the success and failure of their team and themselves? The Mindset Manual provides an introduction to the different energy levels. Participants learn to recognize when they are moving throughout each level and are prepared to answer “Is this how I want to show up?”

The more aware we become at each energy level, the more capacity we have to choose to capitalize on the advantages of each energy level and pivot from the disadvantages.

This workshop will provide a hands-on opportunity to review the Energy Leadership Index tool, engage in a modified activity from the Holy Shift program and to learn a few key communication take-aways you can use in your work and personal lives today!
