IMIN Network Event – March 2019

A LEAN Office is always a lofty goal. Often the idea is very misunderstood. Teams try to cram the wrong LEAN principles into the wrong processes. The key is always to focus on the end game and the bigger picture. Joe Tanner will be presenting to the IMIN Network on this very topic.
