Effective Leadership Development Series (November 2019 – April 2020)

Over 5 months, this multi‐course session by LMI Chicago, Inc. will help you develop new, more productive behaviors and is guaranteed* to increase your personal and team effectiveness.
The LMI Effective Leadership Development program engages leaders and front-line managers/supervisors in an exciting and proven learning process, empowering them to achieve real, measurable improvement in productivity, performance and results. An extra benefit for leaders, managers, and supervisors is learning how to develop their people by equipping them with the skills necessary to build a high-performance team.
This series meets every other Wednesday afternoon beginning November 20 through April 29.
