REGISTER

Embracing new technologies – and upskilling your employees to use them – is key to improving working conditions, increasing recruitment and retention of younger workers, and providing higher job satisfaction

Every company has limited resources, especially skilled talent, at their disposal. Solutions like career pathways and new technologies like automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing can be a partner to fulfill some of those skills.

Manufacturing leaders are invited to join IMEC and RE3D Technologies to get an understanding of:

  • Industry 4.0 technologies
  • How newer technologies solve workforce and productivity challenges
  • How to implement Industry 4.0 technologies
  • How to upskill your current workforce using defined career pathways
  • Benefits of adopting additive manufacturing for the long term

Career Pathways are dynamic, evolving, and highly customizable workforce solution that provides the structure and means for manufacturers to identify the critical skills needed by their workers and for their companies to remain globally competitive.  We will show you how skill building opportunities can be developed in an adaptable format to suite a variety of positions on the plant floor based on the vision and mission of the leadership team.

PRESENTERS

James Tauber | CEO of RE3DTECH

James founded RE3DTECH in 2015 and they opened the doors in 2017. Prior to the Founding of RE3DTECH, James spent 20 years as a Member of the Financial Futures Trading Pits of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade. He received his MBA from Loyola of Chicago in 1989 and has a bachelor’s degree in Economics. RE3DTECH was founded with a focus on Additive Production. Since RE3DTECH’s inception, they have learned internally and helped educate their customers on the A-Z of additive manufacturing. RE3DTECH has learned that the making of prototype parts and manufacturing production parts are vastly different. They are now entering a new phase with their business with the announcement of the acquisition of RE3DTECH by Core Industrial Partners in October of 2021. They now have the financial backing to be reactive to the ever-increasing capacity needs that their production focus brings to their company. When not acting as the CEO of RE3DTECH, James spends time at their home in Bull Valley, Illinois with his wife Sandy and his 4 boys, Jameson, Colton, and Aidan, who are triplets, and their younger brother, Wyatt.

The most rewarding part of James’s role is the time he gets to spend with the amazing people they have at RE3DTECH and the wonderful relationships RE3DTECH has built with their customers.
