Examiners are quality-driven professionals who collaborate to assess the organizations that apply for the annual IMEC Awards for Excellence.  They’re also tasked with developing the valuable feedback reports that applicant organizations use to advance their processes, empower their workforce, and achieve the results they want.

Examiner training is a powerful way to equip your organization with in-house Baldrige expertise.  Examiner training is an unparalleled professional development opportunity, allowing leaders to:

• Gain insights into successful benchmarking techniques
• Build knowledge for identifying organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in site visits with high-performing organizations, gaining hands-on application of the Baldrige Excellence Framework within different industries
• Develop into an in-house Baldrige expert

• New Examiner Training: This training for all new examiners will introduce the Baldrige Excellence Framework, and outline the responsibilities of examiners through the IMEC Awards for Excellence application review process.  Returning examiners are welcome to participate.

• All Examiner Training: Required for all new and returning examiners.  All examiners come together to learn how to apply the Baldrige Excellence Framework through the use of a case study.
