Excellence on Tap is the theme of the 2020 Baldrige Fall Conference. This popular live streamed conference features presentations from national and state Baldrige Award recipients sharing their proven performance management practices and real-world insights of resilience and agility in the face of COVID-19,  in addition to other powerful presenters from healthcare, service, education, government, manufacturing, and small business. Plus we plan to have a little fun as well. A full conference schedule will be released soon.

All conference events are central time.

On Wednesday, October 21, attendees can choose from a variety of pre-conference activities.  The options below are offered at an additional fee, and are not a pre-requisite for attending the conference.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Workshop attendees will receive one free copy of the 2019-20 Baldrige Excellence Framework (choose one version: Business/Nonprofit, Education, or Health Care).

Workshop B: Intermediate Baldrige:  Moving From Interest to Action

Facilitated by UW Stout and Chippewa Valley Technical College and featuring state and national Baldrige higher education recipient organizations

Excellence on Tap Happy Hour 4-5 PM

Nothing is more Midwestern than Happy Hour!  Join us with your favorite beverage, and network with virtual exhibit hall vendors, sponsors, presenters and other attendees!

These unprecedented times have called for agility and resilience
in response to the huge shifts in our lives and organizations.
Baldrige winners rose to the challenge. Hear their stories.​

On Thursday, October 22, the virtual conference will kick off at 7:30 am with a networking in the exhibit hall and will offer a variety of key notes, panels, breakouts and interactive sessions before concluding at 4:30 pm.  Optional networking will be available until 5:00 pm.

Presentations will be live-streamed.  ADDED VALUE: Conference ticket holders will be able to access all presentations following the conference in our digital library.

The conference is proudly presented by the Alliance for Performance Excellence in partnership with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, and hosted by Michigan Performance Excellence and the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence.

The comfort and convenience of your office or living room.  While we are anchored in Milwaukee, we’ll be bringing this interactive conference to you via live stream.  Our digital library will give all conference ticket holders  access all conference key note and breakout  presentations following the event.
