“It’s always the right time to start making improvements; begin today!”
Lending a Hand:
I am a versatile, goal-oriented professional with a passion for helping others succeed. My career has spanned across the economic development, manufacturing, and education sectors, and with over 5 years of experience managing the strategic direction of programs while mitigating risks and achieving overall company goals, I understand the importance and impact of organizational management and problem-solving.
As a regional manager at IMEC, I get to build strong relationships with manufacturers in Illinois communities and provide tools and resources that allow them to flourish and build competitiveness. By collaborating with organizations to fully understand current gaps, fears, or areas of improvement, I can leverage IMEC resources to aid in the successful transition to a more streamlined business.
I started my career at the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce where I advocated for small businesses in public policy to encourage a more robust local economy. I then moved to a more national retail company serving as a member of the Marketing Planning team to build trusting relationships with clients, make strategic recommendations for growth, and streamline business deliverables.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Blackburn College in Carlinville Illinois with a double major in Spanish and Communications. A few years later, I resumed my education and earned an MBA from the University of New Mexico.
