About:

I work with IMEC Regional Managers to help manufacturers implement process improvements to increase their productivity and competitiveness.

I have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, primarily in the semiconductor/electronics and food industries, having held positions of Sr. Industrial Engineer, Group Leader (Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management), Operations Financial Advisor, and Program Manager (Supply Chain Management).

My background experiences include: traditional Industrial Engineering work, Lean Manufacturing, production planning/control, ERP system implementation, and budgeting/cost modeling/P&L maintenance for manufacturing operations. Results

Through a lean implementation project, I was not only able to help a manufacturer become more efficient, I was able to help an individual lengthen his career. This particular worker would have to manually lift heavy loads (50-80 lbs.) about 120 times per day. Using lean tools, we helped them design a cell which doubled productivity and saved the workers the hard labor of lifting heavy units.
