Types of Quality Improvement Projects
IMEC’s quality specialists deliver quality improvement assistance at three levels: assessment/diagnostics, training, and shop floor implementation. From gap analysis of where a company is to where they want to be, to training internal auditors and champions to implementing a quality management system, IMEC has a proven track record of success in helping manufacturers improve quality systems and meet customer requirements.

At the completion of each project, clients are asked to report the improvements they expect to achieve as a result of IMEC’s assistance.
