IMEC’s Internal Auditor Preparation provides classroom and hands-on experiences that include conducting actual audits utilizing company procedures in order to enhance the audit skill level. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their auditing skills by following all the phases of an audit program.

Program material has been developed based on the appropriate International Standard and the requirements of BSR/ISO/ASQ 19011-2002, Guidelines for Internal Auditors. Training is limited to 18 plant personnel. Participants will receive certificates verifying their successful completion of the training.
Potential Benefits
As a result of the internal auditor preparation, the company will have a group of trained auditors with the ability to conduct audits to determine the effectiveness of their Quality Management System. This will satisfy the requirements of the selected International Standard and will provide the company’s management with feedback on the need for improvement of the system. |
