Quality and Capability Improvement Services
IMEC utilizes Quality System Process Control and Capability Analysis to identify ways to expand capacity and identify the sources of quality (PPM) problems. Based on these analyses we work with the Team to develop an implementation plan that will include the following activities:
• Reduction of non-value-added activities/processes, increases in capacity, and reduced costs
• Identification of interim Corrective Actions for all known & potential quality issues, along with timelines for implementation
• Updated FMEA & process control plans
• Process control monitoring procedures to sustain quality improvements
• Identification of Root Cause Analyses and permanent Corrective Actions to generate sustained improvements in PPM
• Development of custom project charters to define quality process control and capability improvements required to achieve PPM reduction
IMEC’s Continuous Improvement Team is a group of specialists that have helped hundreds of companies throughout Illinois to improve performance by developing a systematic approach to reducing defects, re-work and scrap.
