1. Our Precision Tube & Finishing group specializes in fabricating precision laser cut tubular components for medical implant, delivery systems, and medical instrumentation.

 

2. Our Precision Cutting & Welding group provides one stop shopping for all of your custom laser cutting, laser drilling and laser welding needs. We process simple to complex part designs in most metals, plastics & ceramic based materials. We also specialize in customization of pre-fabricated components for Medical, Aerospace and Industrial applications.


3. Our Ceramic group focuses on manufacturing substrates for various microelectronic applications. Materials include 96% alumina, 99% alumina, aluminum nitride, as well as specialty materials.

 

4. Our Assembly group emphasizes the Aerospace market with focus on flat ribbon Assy's utilizing Teflon coated ribbon cable components. Specialties Precision thin wall tubular metal & plastic components, Custom Laser cut thin gauge intricate metal parts, Component modification, Custom laser welding solutions, Shape Setting & Expansion of Nitinol Medical Components
