Responsibilities:

Karen is based in the Chicagoland region and works as part of high performance service delivery teams, drawing upon IMEC's extensive state and national resources to help companies implement actions to improve their productivity and competitiveness.

Background:

Karen has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and lean systems. Previous postitions include Director of Materials and ERP Implementation Project Manager in the heavy truck, recreation, and agriculture industries. Karen has also worked with manufacturers on hundreds of projects that resulted in increased project savings, on-time deliveries, and inventory accuracy.

Skills & Expertise:

Certified as an APICS Supply Chain Professional, APICS Fellow, and a P4 Certified Project Manager. Karen also holds a Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning and Project Management.
