Event: Fundamentals of GD&T
Description: As an introduction to the ASME Y14.5 standard, Applied Geometrics Inc offers the Fundamentals of GD&T in a public training. The 2.5 day course will:
- Introduce the concepts and some of the language of the Y14.5 standard
- Enable participants to understand each of the Y14.5 standards symbols
- Bring participants to a fundamental understanding of Datum Reference Frames
- Understand the definitions and effects of Material Condition Modifiers
- Begin to prepare the participants for the ASME GDTP certification exams
